Domaine de Glabais

Located in Walloon Brabant, Domaine de Glabais began in 2016. The project was founded by Anne and Christian Balduyck-Geldhof, who planted their first vines that same year on family land. The estate gradually expanded to 4.5 hectares, cultivated using a sustainable, reasoned approach. The choice of grape varieties is equally thoughtful: Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Auxerrois, and Pinot Noir. The average production ranges between 20,000 and 25,000 bottles per year. Bottling of their sparkling cuvées is carried out by Domaine du Ry d’Argent.

Blanc de Blancs 

This 100% Chardonnay is our favorite in the Domaine de Glabais range: it offers beautiful liveliness on the palate and a pleasant length. The zero dosage (brut nature) adds tension and freshness, without drying out the palate.
