He wasn’t born with a silver spoon in his mouth, but the sale of his shares in Ogone—the international online payment platform he co-founded—was enough to make him a wealthy man. Thierry Pierson found his new paradise in the heart of Provence Verte: a 45-hectare wine estate, which he fittingly named Château Favori, after the hamlet where the vineyard grows. With a positioning inspired by Minuty and Miraval—the two “M’s” that helped elevate the Provence rosé market—Château Favori leaves nothing to chance in its quest to join the ranks of the finest wines: from soil studies conducted by the Bourguignon couple to meticulously crafted marketing and the construction of a brand-new winery, Favori rosé has one clear ambition: to become your favorite... Following the rosé, white and red wines were introduced—perfect for summer evenings.

Favori Méditerranée

The grapes are transferred to tanks by gravity and protected from oxidation by saturating the space with CO2 (from other fermentation tanks). Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, variety by variety.

A light red wine combining red fruit aromas with slightly spicy notes. Silky and elegant.
