We like Philippe Grafé's pioneering spirit, perfectly illustrated in this wine.

Domaine du Chenoy
The development of a professional wine-growing and –making domain in the Namur region in southern Belgium owes a great deal to the tenacity and the passion of Philippe Grafé, who has made the Domaine du Chenoy one of the jewels of the AOC Côtes de Sambre et Meuse. The Chenoy vineyard covers 10 hectares, planted with different interspecific grape varieties: Regent, Pinotin, Rondo, Cabertin and Muscat Bleu for red wine (seven hectares); Bronner, Merzling, Helios, Johanniter, Solaris for white (three hectares).
Butte aux Lièvres
Philippe Grafé has always wanted to produce "real" wines that perfectly express their native region. His red wines are light in alcohol, releasing aromas that sometimes surprise the taster. Don’t hesitate: dare to discover them! This cuvée was vinified and matured in stainless steel tanks.
Rubis-coloured robe of medium intensity.
Bouquet of aromas dominated by fruits, with hints of peony, chestnut and spices.
Very fine attack phase marked by red fruits, delicate finish, silky tannins.
Serve with gently seasoned meat.
