On Thursday 20 October from 7.30 pm, a "fruit day" for wine tasting in the Biodynamic Calendar 2022, we will taste 7 magnificent vintages made using biodynamic methods and explain the philosophy of the winegrowers involved in this approach, as well as the particular techniques used to produce biodynamic wines. An esoteric, even sectarian, trend for some, the future of sustainable viticulture for others, biodynamics intrigues, fascinates and questions our certainties. So open your mind and put your prejudices aside!
