Domaine du Chenoy
The development of a Walloon viticulture based on resistant (or interspecific) grape varieties owes much to the tenacity and passion of Philippe Grafé, who created the Domaine du Chenoy in 2003. He has now passed the torch to Jean-Bernard and Pierre-Marie Despatures, who are native Mouscronnois. They remain faithful to the original philosophy - to produce wines that are authentic and true to their terroir - otherwise, to tell the truth, Philippe Grafé would not have let go so easily. The estate has been certified organic since the 2019 vintage.
Perle de Wallonie Rosé
Perle de Wallonie is a sparkling wine made using the traditional method, with the formation of bubbles on slats for 15 months. These home-grown bubbles have a low level of residual sugar (3 g/l) and a low alcohol content (12%).
Salmon robe.
Bouquet of red fruits dominated by raspberry.
Very pleasant in the mouth, combining delicacy and freshness. Nice wine's finish.
Perfect bubbles for aperitifs in the garden.
