Charles-Eric Vilain XIIII

The Vilain XIIII family is one of the pillars of the Belgian nobility and many of its representatives have distinguished themselves in the political and diplomatic ranks since Belgium's independence. For the past twenty years, Charles-Eric Vilain XIIII has been giving masterclasses on champagne and chocolate - his two gourmet passions - in companies in Belgium and abroad. From theory to practice, there is often only one step: in collaboration with a Champagne winegrower, he has therefore developed his own cuvée.

Champagne Vicomte Vilain XIIII

It is with the champagne house Jean Milan in Oger, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, that Charles-Eric Vilain XIIII works each year to elaborate his own champagne. The fruit of a rather exceptional terroir since Oger is ranked among the 17 Grands Crus of the Champagne region.

Vicomte Vilain XIIII is a "Blanc de Blancs" (100% Chardonnay) and is classified as an extra-brut, with 5g of residual sugar per litre.
